In 1982 at Kypseli, in an alley at Sporadon 40 – next to Fokionos Negri, the story of “The Egg of the Rooster” began. A small restaurant that opened its doors every evening at eight and closed at dawn at six. At that time, all the restaurants closed at two o’clock in the evening. You see, there was the relevant restricting law on saving electricity.

My only regret is that I hadn’t discovered it earlier!
Everything went perfect, everything was delicious! The spaghetti with the rooster is wonderful, the boujourdi with the pastourma is fantastic! The tables are outside in a nice square, very good service! We will definitely go again!
It is a classic choice for food. Rich menu, delicious dishes and normal prices. The interior space of the restaurant on the second floor is very beautiful, but it also has an outdoor area in the square as well as an outdoor open courtyard.
